Johnsons Insurance Agency was founded in the early 1960s. In 1984, we merged with Henninger and Layton to form our current agency. In 2018, Milstead Insurance Agency in Sheffield, AL, joined forces with Henninger, Johnson & Layton Insurance Agency Inc., further strengthening our team. In 2022, we expanded our presence by acquiring Rogers, Parker and Associates in Florence, AL, which was renamed Henninger, Johnson, Layton Insurance in 2024.
